Main Conference Registration Fees

* including 100€ membership fee (2 years)
** including 50€ membership fee (2 years)

Main Conference Registration fees include:

• All conference sessions (oral and poster),
• ELRA Membership Fees (if you have chosen the "ELRA Non Members (including 2-year membership)" package)

Please note:

- All papers must be presented at the conference, whether as Oral or Poster presentations.

At least one author for each accepted paper must be registered to the LREC 2022 Main Conference at the in person fees rate (even if the paper is presented remotely) by the early registration deadline.

Failure to register at in person fees rate will result in the cancellation of the paper’s publication in LREC 2022 Proceedings.

- Registration fees to the Main Conference do not cover the registration to Workshop(s) and/or Tutorial(s) which should be added individually.

- Student fees are applicable only to full-time students. To benefit from the student status, students must provide a proof of their academic standing (student ID or certificate, endorsed by the signature of a supervisor), as a file (pdf, gif, jpg,png) during the registration process.

Workshop/Tutorial Registration Fees

*For those who are registering to workshops/tutorials only and therefore are not joining ELRA through the membership package associated to the Main Conference registration.

Workshop/Tutorial Registration Fees include:

• Access to the workshop(s) and/or the tutorial(s) you registered for,
• ELRA Membership Fees (if you have chosen the "ELRA Non Members (including 2-year membership)" package for a workshop/tutorial only registration)
