1. ELRA MEMBERS
ELRA Individual Member
You are currently an individual member of ELRA.
ELRA Individual Student Member
Your institution is currently a member of ELRA and you can benefit from the ELRA Institutional Member fee. During the registration, you will just have to select the name of your institution from the list. If your institution is not in this list, you will not be able to complete the registration. In this case, please check the status of your membership internally or select another type of registration from the main page.
ELRA Institutional Member
Your institution is currently a member of ELRA and you can benefit from the ELRA Institutional Member fee. 2. PARTICIPANTS JOINING ELRA
Non ELRA Individual Member (including a 2-year ELRA membership)
You have chosen to register to LREC 2022 and/or workshop(s) and/or tutorial(s), and you want to join ELRA as an individual member. The Registration fees you will pay will include 100€ for the ELRA 2-year membership.
Non ELRA Individual Student Member (including 2 years membership)
You have chosen to register to LREC 2022 and/or workshop(s) and/or tutorial(s), and you want to join ELRA as an individual student member.
The Registration fees you will pay will include 50€ for the ELRA 2-year membership.
3. PARTICIPANTS NOT JOINING ELRA
Non ELRA Individual Member (without the ELRA 2-year membership)
You have chosen to register to LREC 2022 and/or workshop(s) and/or tutorial(s), and you don't want to join ELRA as an individual member. The Registration fees you will pay will not include the membership fees.
Non ELRA Individual Student Member (without the ELRA 2-year membership)
You have chosen to register to LREC 2022 and/or workshop(s) and/or tutorial(s), and you don't want to join ELRA as an individual student member. Your Registration fees will not include the ELRA membership fees. Questions should be sent to registration@lrec-conf.org.
ELRA 2-year Membership Fees (optional)
Regular Authors: 100€
Student Authors: 50€
IMPORTANT: Failure to register will result in the cancellation of the paper’s publication in LREC 2022 Proceedings.
Student Rate
Proof of academic standing will be required for registering as a student. During the registration process, students must upload a proof of their status signed by the Head of the department or a valid student ID (PDF or gif, jpg, png file).
Registration Conditions
For the Main conference, three registration periods are defined with different registration fees:
- Early-bird: Up to May 10, 2022
- Normal & Late: From May 11, 2022
Registration will be considered as final once the payment of the registration fees has been processed and accepted by our bank.
Payment
All payments must be made in EURO. Upon receipt of your payment, your registration will be confirmed by email, and a receipt will be sent to you.
Applicable VAT on Registration Fees
VAT is included in the registration fees. The applicable rates are as follows:
- in-person fees: 10%
- remote fees: 0%
1. Credit Card Payment (preferred)
The payment of registration fees to LREC 2022 (Main conference and/or Workshops and Tutorials) should be made using a credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard). The Online Registration system guarantees secure credit card transactions.

All bank charges and foreign exchange commissions are to be paid by the participant.
3. Purchase Order
This payment method is reserved to institutions.
Institutions can issue a purchase order (PO) with the items ordered by one or several participants to LREC2022. In this case, the purchase order needs to be sent to the Conference Secretariat by email at registration@elda.org.
Letter of Invitation and Visa Letter
The Letter of invitation and the Visa Letter will be downloadable for all the registered/paid participants. Letters to support the visa request cannot be provided to participants who have not completed/paid their registration.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be notified to lrec@elda.org. All refunds will be made after the conference. Refunds will be made to the same bank account or credit card as the original payment. Please refer to the following dates for cancellation:
- Cancellation by May 30th, 2022: Full refund less bank or credit card expenses and a 75€ processing fee
- Cancellation after May 30th, 2022: No refund
Cancellation means that the final paper could be withdrawn from LREC 2022 Proceedings if no author has finally registered to the Main Conference.
Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Each participant is responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
