Wearing of a mask
The mask mandate has been lifted in France and it is no longer compulsory in public places in France (except in hospitals). It remains recommended in public transportations.
The LREC 2022 Programme Committee recommends that you wear a mask during the sessions.
Please bring your own mask. We will have a few spare masks but cannot provide masks for everyone.
Coffee-breaks, Lunches and Social Events
Knowing that the COVID spread occurs in closed places, when people eat and drink, we have tried to used the outdoor spaces in the Conference Center as much as possible.
- All coffee-breaks will be served inside, in the Old Palace and in the extension (see Floor Map ). But you can grab a coffee and a danish and go in the park/terrasse to enjoy the view!
- Throughout the LREC week, all LREC participants will be able to buy their lunch from the Food trucks on the Terrasse overlooking the Old Port (level -1) and stay outside.It is also easy to eat outside in restaurants in Marseille (Vieux Port and Catalans areas are the closest).
- Both social events (on Tuesday 21 June and on Thursday 23 June) will be held outside.
Where to get tested?
The following laboratories are located next to the Old Port. Please ask the code at the Registration desk. The code will allow you to receive the results quickly and benefit from a special rate of 40€ for the RT-PCR.
